Reservations and Stay
Arrival is from 4:00 p.m., and departure before 11:00 a.m..
Any departure after 11:00 is subject to a $50 per 30 minutes.
Check-in is keyless thanks to a digital lock.
The access code will be sent to you by email 48 hours before your arrival.
Yes, reservations are from 2 nights minimum.
We accept payments by credit card as well as by Interac transfer. Choose the option that suits you best and finalize your purchase safe!

- Up to 15 days before arrival : refund of 50 % of the total amount of the reservation (taxes included).
- Less than 15 days before arrival : No refunds.
- Government directive forcing a cancellation : possibility to postpone the reservation within the Next 12 months.
Refunds (if applicable) are made in 10 business days.
Yes, any change request must be sent no later than 15 days before the arrival date.
- The price will be adjusted according to the new dates chosen.
- No changes will be possible less than 15 days before arrival unless there are force majeure.
- No refunds or adjustments will be made if the rental price changes after booking.

No, our chalets do not have a spa or hot tub, but they offer an authentic experience surrounded by nature, ideal for relaxing by the fire, enjoying a good outdoor barbecue or stargazing in a peaceful setting.
Yes:
- Chalets 1 to 6 : Parking available at the entrance to the site.
- Chalet 8 : parking directly in front of the chalet.
Important : It is forbidden to drive to the chalet to drop off your luggage.
Regulation and Safety
Yes, to preserve the environment and the tranquility of the place, it is prohibited from:

Fees and Deposits
Some fees may apply depending on your stay:
- Security deposit : 500$ (refunded after your departure if no damage is found).
- Travelling with a dog : supplement of 50$ + deposit of 300$.
- Delay at departure : 50$ per bracket from 30 minutes after 11:00 am.
- Loss of items:
- Park Pass: $130 per missing pass.
- Bluetooth speaker: $200 if lost or missing.
- Smoke inside the chalet : 500$.
